  1. Add Kurkure, onion, tomato and coriander in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chutneys and mix quickly.
  3. Pour on the top and serve immediately before it goes soft.

  1. Boil Maggi in very little water so that it is thick, not runny.
  2. Combine noodles, onion, chili powder, salt and gram flour.
  3. The batter can be made by adding water.
  4. Add Spoonful in hot oil and fry until golden.
